*Microsoft .Net Framework
*ASP.NET development experience, both architecture design and development
*Experience with creating custom applications built on Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server
*SharePoint/WSS UI Design experience
*Visual Studio.NET 2003/2005
Experience with Documentum is a plus
